Transactions in own shares

IG Group Holdings plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each through J.P.
Morgan Securities plc.

 Date of purchase:                               31 July 2024

 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:  156,589

 Highest price paid per share:                   942.0000

 Lowest price paid per share:                    931.5000

 Average price paid per share                    936.3933

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares, the remaining number of
ordinary shares in issue will be 369,340,310.

Since 7 November 2023, the Company has purchased 20,461,907 shares at a cost
(including dealing and associated costs) of £150,750,173.78.
