 TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SECURITIES

 IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the
 following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from UBS AG London
 Branch ("UBS").

 Ordinary Shares
 Date of purchase:                                                    14 January 2025
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:                                 50,602
 Highest price paid per share:                                        1000p
 Lowest price paid per share:                                         989.5p
 Volume weighted average price paid per share:                        997.2822p
 IG Group intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the
 purchase of these shares, the Company holds 7,146,990 of its ordinary shares
 in treasury and has 354,410,878 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
 shares).

 Since 25 September 2024, IG Group has purchased 7,146,990 shares at a cost of
 £66,133,755 (excluding fees and taxes).
