IG GROUP HOLDINGS PLC
Unaudited calendar year financial information

IG Group Holdings plc ("IG", "the Group") today publishes unaudited historical
consolidated income statements presented on a calendar year basis. The
disclosure follows the change of the Group's financial year-end from 31 May to
31 December, announced on 4 November 2025, and covers the 12 months ended 31
December 2024 and the 6 months ended 30 June 2025.

The statements are intended to provide investors and analysts with a
consistent comparative framework under the new reporting calendar. The
disclosures are now available on IG's investor relations website(1).

As previously announced, IG will report audited results for the 7-month
transitional period ended 31 December 2025 on 19 March 2026.
