Brief: Ihlas Madencilik unit Mir Maden to increase its capital to 7.7 mln lira

Nov 27 (Reuters) - Ihlas Madencilik AS  IHMAD.IS : 
    * Unit Mir Maden to increase its capital to 7.7 million lira 
 ($2.64 million) from 1.6 million lira through internal 
resources 
    * Following capital increase company share in unit Mir Maden 
will increase to 6.3 million lira representing 81.71 percent of 
unit's capital 
    * Mir Maden will distribute bonus shares to shareholders: 
Ihlas Holding  IHLAS.IS , Ihlas Pazarlama, Ihlas Madencilik 
 IHMAD.IS  and Ihlas ev Aletleri  IHEVA.IS
