MTN buys remaining IHS Holdings stake in $6.2 billion deal
JOHANNESBURG, Feb 17 (Reuters) - MTN Group MTNJ.J has agreed to buy the 75% stake it does not already own in IHS Holdings IHS.N for $8.50 per share in cash, valuing the tower operator at an enterprise value of about $6.2 billion, IHS said on Tuesday.
