** Shares of IIFL Securities  IIFS.NS  jump as much as 14%
to a record 134.40 rupees apiece
    ** Securities Appellate Tribunal sets aside markets
regulator SEBI order prohibiting the brokerage from onboarding
new clients for two years
    ** Also reduces monetary penalty to 2 mln rupees from 10 mln
rupees 
    ** Trading volume is 4.63 mln shares as of 9:34 a.m. IST,
2.6 times the 30-day avg -LSEG data
    ** IIFS up 98% YTD
