The following factors could affect Italian markets on Monday.

    ECONOMY
    ISTAT releases December non-EU foreign trade data (0900
GMT).
    International Monetary Fund Managing Director Kristalina
Georgieva said in an interview on la Repubblica daily on Sunday
that Italy would be helping itself and the euro zone if it
signed off on the bloc's reform of its bailout fund, known as
the European Stability Mechanism, but the decision rested with
Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni's government. Italy is the only
country not to have agreed to the reform of the fund.
    
    COMPANIES
    SARAS  SRS.MI 
    Urion Holding sold 34.5 million shares in the energy company
between Jan. 2 and Jan. 22, cutting its stake to 9.59%, a filing
showed on Friday.
    
    FERRARI  RACE.MI 
    The luxury sports-car maker has held talks with the Italian
government to amend measures in Rome's capital markets bill that
could help the group bring its registered office back to Italy
from the Netherlands, two sources told Reuters on Friday.
    
    ITALIA INDEPENDENT GROUP  IINT.MI 
    The board of the eyewear and fashion group on Friday
approved the company's dissolution and liquidation, and
appointed its CEO Marco Cordeddu as liquidator.
    
    DIARY
    7th edition of forum "The news of the budget law and tax
