Notice of Annual General Meeting

Ikigai Ventures Limited, (LON:IKIV) a special purpose acquisition company
(SPAC) established to acquire dynamic, high-growth businesses in sectors like
healthcare, finance, agriculture, mining, and artificial intelligence, which
demonstrate strong ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) credentials
announces the publication of the Company's Annual Financial Report ("Annual
Financial Report") for the year ended 30 June 2024.

December at 9:00am GMT. The Notice of AGM will shortly be available to view on
