Ikigai, (LON:IKIV) a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) established to
acquire dynamic, high-growth businesses in sectors like healthcare, finance,
agriculture, mining, and artificial intelligence, which demonstrate strong ESG
(Environmental, Social, Governance) credentials, announces that at the Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held today all resolutions were passed.

The votes received in respect of the resolutions were as follows:
