Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Ilika (AIM: IKA), a pioneer in solid-state battery technology, announces that
on 11 March 2022, Steve Boydell, CFO, sold a total of 2,000 shares at a price
of 118p per share.

 

Following the sale of these shares, Mr Boydell is interested in an aggregate
of 485,170 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company
representing 0.31% of the current issued share capital.
