since June 3
    ** Biopharma co enters five-year distribution deal with
Canada-based IM Cannabis Corp's  IMCC.CD  unit Adjupharm to

    ** Zenivol is a cannabinoid-based medicine for the treatment
of chronic insomnia
    ** ZLD shares hit their highest since Aug. 19
