to $1.62 premarket; Stock set to post biggest one-day gain in
more than seven months and open at over three-month high
    ** IMAC buys Lockwood Chiropractic clinic in Webster Groves

    ** Says the purchase gives IMAC with better access to
patients in St. Louis, where it currently operates its Ozzie
Smith Center brand
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock had fallen about 45% this
year
