the security and industrial inspection markets, announces that the Annual
Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2023, together with the
Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is being posted to shareholders
today.

The Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the

The Company's AGM will be held on Wenesday 28 February 2024 at 1:30 pm at the
