Image Scan (AIM: IGE), the specialist supplier of X-ray screening systems to
the security and industrial inspection markets, announces that the Annual
Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024, together with the
Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is being posted to shareholders
today.

The Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the

The Company's AGM will be held on Wednesday 26 February 2025 at 1:30 pm at the
registered offices of 16 -18 Hayhill Industrial Estate, Sileby Road,
