Re: Move of Primary Exchange / Voluntary Delisting

 

Further to the Company's announcement entitled "Move of Primary Exchange /
Voluntary Delisting" released at 14:30:00 on 20 February 2026, the Company
confirms that the delisting is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 23
March 2026. Accordingly, the last day of dealings in the Company's shares on
the London Stock Exchange is expected to be 20 March 2026.
