French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch

Feb 21 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    ALTEN  LTEN.PA :
 Alten announced a net profit group share for the fiscal year at
EUR 277 mln.
    
    COFACE  COFA.PA :
 Coface announced a dividend proposal at EUR 1.40 per share, and
said it forecasts growth in 2025 identical to that in 2024 at
2.7%.
    
    GTT  GTT.PA :
 GTT said it expects a consolidated EBITDA for 2025 between 490
and 540 mln euros.
    
    IMERYS  IMTP.PA :
 Imerys published an adjusted EBITDA for 2024 at EUR 675 million
and proposed a dividend at EUR 1.45.
    
    TARKETT  TKTT.PA :
 Tarkett announced it targets an adjusted EBITDA of around 360
million euros for 2025. Separately it announced the launch by
its controlling shareholder of a buy-out on its remaining
