Imerys inches up after creating business area focused on critical minerals

** Shares in Imerys  IMTP.PA  rise 3%, sitting among SBF120
 .SBF120  top performers, after the French mineral groups
created new business area "Solutions for Energy Transition"
(SET), focused on critical minerals
    ** The company says the creation "reflects the growing
contribution to the Group's financial performance of its
activities in critical minerals"
    ** SET is composed of Imerys Graphite and Carbon, and Imerys
share in The Quartz Corporation, the company says
    ** The new organisation is more aligned with the operational
organisation of Imerys, says CIC analyst Ebrahim Homani 
    ** "It permits to better understand the EBITDA impacts of
the critical minerals in consolidated," Homani adds
    ** Out of 7 analysts that cover Imerys, five rate it "strong
buy" or "buy,"​ one "hold", and one "sell"
