Cyber Security Incident

 

IMI plc (the Company, or IMI) is currently responding to a cyber security
incident involving unauthorised access to the Company's systems.

As soon as IMI became aware of the unauthorised access, the Company engaged
external cyber security experts to investigate and contain the incident.

In parallel, the Company is taking the necessary steps to comply with our
regulatory obligations.

An update will be provided as and when appropriate.
