Responsibilities ("PDMR") and a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with them

On 19 August 2025, a performance share award was granted under the terms of
the IMI Incentive Plan to Luke Grant, Chief Financial Officer. On the same
day, Luke's PCA, Ruth Grant (a previous employee of the Company), exercised an
award made under the Restricted Stock Unit of the IMI Incentive Plan and
subsequently sold a sufficient number of shares to cover tax liabilities and
associated costs:
