Transactions in own shares

IMI announces that on 16 October 2024 it purchased through J.P. Morgan
Securities plc the following number of its ordinary shares for cancellation at
an average price of 1,798.2809 pence per share:

 Number of ordinary shares purchased:           147,000
 Highest purchase price paid per share:         1,808.0000p
 Lowest purchase price paid per share:          1,784.0000p
 Volume weighted average price paid per share:  1,798.2809p

 

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased
ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall
be 270,118,392. The Company holds 13,648,836 ordinary shares in treasury and
therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be
256,469,556.
