IMI announces that on 15 May 2025 it purchased through Numis Securities
Limited ("Deutsche Numis") the following number of its ordinary shares for
cancellation at an average price of 1,936.0401 pence per share:

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 25,733
Highest purchase price paid per share: 1,950.00p
Lowest purchase price paid per share: 1,919.00p
Volume weighted average price paid per share: 1,936.0401p
Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased
ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall
be 265,159,074. The Company holds 12,648,836 ordinary shares in treasury and
therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be
252,510,238.
