** Shares of biopharmaceutical company  IMMX.O  rise 48% to
$5.27 premarket
    ** U.S. FDA grants rare pediatric disease designation for
its candidate, IMX-110, for treatment of rhabdomyosarcoma, a
rare type of cancer that affects muscle tissue, mostly in

    ** Designation is granted to serious and life-threatening
diseases that primarily affect children aged 18 years or younger
and impact fewer than 200,000 people in U.S.
    ** Designation qualifies Immix to receive fast-track review,
and priority review voucher at the time of marketing approval of
IMX-110
    ** IMX-110 is currently being evaluated in an
early-to-mid-stage study
