The agreement between Atlantia and ACS ACS.MC on the
vehicle that will control Abertis' assets will have a 10 year
term, ACS' German arm Hochtief HOTG.DE said on Thursday. It
added that the vehicle will pay 90 percent of its net benefit in
dividend and that the shareholders committed to a five year
lock-up period for the sale of its shares. The group said that
ACS and Atlantia will be able to bring Abertis back on the stock
exchange only eight years after the beginning of the agreement.
