Immucell down after FDA says cow disease drug application is incomplete

** Animal drug developer's shares  ICCC.O  fall 7.6% to $8.4
premarket - set for their lowest level in more than six months 
    ** Co says the U.S. FDA has issued a letter indicating that
some parts of the application for its mastitis drug to treat

    ** The letter covers the commercial manufacturing
requirements for the drug's ingredients and the finished product
    ** Co says it can resubmit the parts of the application
during Q4 without incurring significant costs or delay 
    ** ICCC has risen more than 50% YTD
