Change of Auditor

 

ImmuPharma PLC (LSE: IMM), the specialist drug discovery and development
company, announces the appointment of Crowe LLP ("Crowe") as the Company's new
auditor, succeeding CLA Evelyn Partners Limited, with immediate effect.

 

Crowe will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the
financial year ending 31 December 2024 and a proposal to reappoint them as
auditors of the Company will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the
2025 Annual General Meeting.
