ImmuPharma PLC (LSE AIM: IMM), the specialist drug discovery and development
company, confirms that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has today
been posted to shareholders. The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended
31 December 2022 has also been posted to shareholders today.
