London shares
** Co receives confirmation from U.S. FDA for a pre-
Investigational New Drug meeting on May 16 to consider a Phase
2/3 adaptive trial study protocol for a new treatment called
P140 of CIDP
** CIPD is a rare acquired autoimmune disorder of peripheral
nerve characterized by progressive weakness and impaired sensory
function in the legs and arms
** Adds application for Orphan Drug status will be submitted
following meeting, which if approved, will provide seven years
market exclusivity post-marketing approval
** Co expects acceptance for orphan drug status in second
half of 2023
** Up to last close, stock up ~17% so far this year
