** Shares of ImmuPharma Plc IMM.L rise as much as 9% to
2.010p, stock among top pct gainers across London shares
** The specialist drug discovery and development company
says its licence partner Avion Pharma submits clinical protocol
of Phase 2/3 adaptive study of Lupuzor treatment to US FDA
** Avion and ImmuPharma agreed in February on the adaptive
trial design for the clinical study of Lupuzor in lupus patients
** IMM says new design takes into account FDA's key guidance
points from previous meeting and insights from a study last year
** Including session's gains, stock up ~4% YTD
