UK's ImmuPharma rises as USFDA sets Type-C meeting date for lupus treatment

** Shares of ImmuPharma Plc IMM.L jump as much as 8.5% to
3.20p; stock among top pct gainers across London shares
** The drug developer says U.S. Food and Drug Administration
sets June 7 for a Type-C meeting to provide guidance on the
phase 2/3 adaptive study of its Lupuzor treatment in patients
with systemic lupus erythematosus
** Type-C meetings are conducted by FDA with regard to
development and review of a product
** Co says phase 2/3 study remains on track to commence in
H2 2023
** IMM says its U.S. partner Avion has provided FDA
information which addresses all key guidance points from
previous Type-C meeting, particularly on dosing
** At session high, stock has surged over 70% YTD
