** Shares of drug developer Immuneering Corp  IMRX.O  rise
8% to $6.35 premarket 
    ** Co says its experimental cancer drug, IMM-1-104, induced
regression in cancerous lesions in more than half of the
patients enrolled in an early-stage study 
    ** IMRX expects initial data from a mid-stage study of the
drug this year 
    ** Up to last close, stock down 20% YTD
