rise 3.3% to $12.59
    ** Company says early-stage study shows drug candidate,
IMM-1-104, well tolerated in patients with advanced tumors
caused by mutation of a protein known as RAS
    ** Study data supports potential to evaluate preliminary
efficacy sooner than expected - IMRX
    ** Study timeline accelerated; dose escalation phase now
expected in early 2024, says company
    ** IMRX also announces pricing of 2.7 mln share offering at
$11, a 10% discount over Monday's close; expects to raise $30
mln gross proceeds
    ** Stock has more than doubled in the last 12 months
