Cerevel Therapeutics rises on new CFO appointment

** Shares of Neuroscience-focused biotech firm Cerevel
Therapeutics Holdings Inc  CERE.O  up 2.3% at $33.58
    ** Co appoints Susan Altschuller as chief financial officer
(CFO), effective May 15
    ** Altschuller, most recently, served as the CFO of 
ImmunoGen Inc  IMGN.O  that focuses on developing antibody drug
conjugates for cancer patients
    ** CERE earlier in the month appointed Ron Renaud as
president and chief executive officer 
    ** Co for Q1 posted a net loss of $0.67/shr, which widened
from $0.46/shr a year earlier
    ** Including session gains, CERE stock up ~6% YTD
