ImmunoGen rises on cancer trial collaboration with Gilead

** Shares of ImmunoGen Inc  IMGN.O  rise 3.9% to $5.39
premarket
    ** Co announces clinical collaboration with Gilead Sciences,
Inc  GILD.O  to test co's investigational treatment in
combination with magrolimab, in patients with acute myeloid
leukemia (AML) 
    ** Co says trials expected to initiate in 2023
     ** AML is a cancer of the bone marrow cells, that causes it
to produce abnormal white blood cells that do not mature into
effective infection-fighting cells
    ** GILD's Magrolimab holds FDA's fast-track tag for AML
among other indications
    ** Stock down 30% YTD, as of last close
