    ** Biotechnology firm raises A$89.6 mln ($59.66 mln) through
placement and institutional entitlement offer at the offer price
of A$0.38
    ** Offer price at a discount of 14.8% to co's last closing
price
    ** About 8.2 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 2.8 mln
    ** Stock has risen 30.4% this year, as of last close
