Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") expects to announce its interim results for the six-month period ended 31 March 2026 on Wednesday 20 May 2026.

There will be a conference call for analysts on the day of the results at 8.30am. 

A copy of the presentation will be made available on the Company's website from 7.30am on 20 May 2026.
