Director/PDMR/PCA Shareholding

Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has
received notification of the following transactions in ordinary shares in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
and persons closely associated with Charlie Ridge, Chief Financial Officer of
the Company.

Charlie Ridge sold 66,666 ordinary shares at an average price of 1351p partly
to satisfy tax liabilities arising from the vesting of share awards. In
addition, a person closely associated (PCA) with Charlie Ridge sold 150,000
ordinary shares at an average price of 1350p.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
