The Directors of Impax Asset Management Group plc ("Impax" or the "Company")
announce that copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 30 September 2023 including notice of the Company's AGM have been posted
to shareholders.

An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts, Circular and Notice of

The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices, 7th floor, 30 Panton
