Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") expects to announce its
interim results for the six-month period ended 31 March 2025 on Thursday 22
May 2025.

There will be a conference call for analysts on the day of the results
at 8.30am.

A copy of the presentation will be made available on the Company's website
from 7.30am on 22 May 2025.
