Statement re Yew Grove REIT plc ("Yew Grove")

 

Quanta Capital, in conjunction with investment manager Davy, confirms that
Goldstein Property ICAV ("Goldstein"), a 4.2% shareholder in Yew Grove, does
not intend to make an offer for Yew Grove.

This is a statement to which Rule 2.8 of the Irish Takeover Rules applies.

As a result of this announcement, Goldstein is bound by the restrictions set
out in Rule 2.8 of the Irish Takeover Rules.  Goldstein reserves the right
within the next 12 months to set aside this announcement where so permitted
under Rule 2.8.
