Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 29 January 2026 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue by
Imperial Brands Finance PLC of €900,000,000 3.875 per cent. Notes due 2
August 2033 (the "Notes") irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by
Imperial Brands PLC under the €15,000,000,000 Debt Issuance Programme (the
"Programme") established by Imperial Brands Finance PLC and Imperial Brands
Finance Netherlands B.V..

The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the prospectus in respect of
the Programme dated 23 January 2026 including all documents incorporated by
reference (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus
for the purposes of the Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated
Market sourcebook. Full information on Imperial Brands Finance PLC, and in
respect of the offer of the Notes, is only available on the basis of the
combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms in respect of the Notes.
