Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025

 

Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") announces that it has today published its
Annual Report and Accounts 2024. In addition, the Company announces that its
Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 has been sent to shareholders. The 2025
Annual General Meeting will be held at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel,
College Green, Bristol BS1 5TA, on Wednesday 29 January 2025 at 9.30am.

 

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and Notice of Annual General
Meeting 2025 can be viewed on the Company's website
