Following the announcement on12 November 2018 of the appointment of Sue Clark to the Board of Directors of Imperial Brands PLC (the Company) with effect from 1 December 2018, the information below is given in compliance with rule 9.6.13 of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules Sourcebook.
