In compliance with rule LR 9.6.14 of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing
Rules, Imperial Brands PLC announces that Diane de Saint Victor has been
appointed a Non-Executive Director of WNS (Holdings) Limited (NYSE: WNS), a
leading provider of global Business Process Management solutions, with effect
from 1 April 2023. She will also be a member of their Audit and Nominating
& Corporate Governance Committees.

There have been no other relevant changes to the information set out in LR
9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6).
