In compliance with rule LR 9.6.14 of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing
Rules, Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") announces that Bob Kunze-Concewitz,
Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive
director on the Supervisory Board of Carlsberg A/S, the brewing group, with
effect from 11 March 2024.

There have been no other relevant changes to the information set out in LR
9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6).
