In compliance with UKLR 6.4.9R of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing
Rules, Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") announces that Julie Hamilton,
Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive
director and member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Board
of Ontex Group NV, a leading international developer and producer of baby
care, feminine care and adult care products, with effect from 5 May 2025.

There have been no other relevant changes to the information set out in UKLR
6.4.8R (2) to UKLR 6.4.8R (6).
