Rules, Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") announces that Stefan Bomhard,
Executive Director of the Company, serves as a non-executive director of The
Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V., the shares of which were admitted to listing on
Euronext Amsterdam, the London Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange
with effect from 8 December 2025.

There have been no changes to the information set out in UKLR 6.4.8R (2) to
UKLR 6.4.8R (6).
