Director Declaration

 

In compliance with UKLR 6.4.9R of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing
Rules, Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") announces that Robert
Kunze-Concewitz, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as
a non-executive director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Board
of Coty Inc. ("Coty") with effect from 18 March 2026. Coty is traded on the
New York and Paris Stock Exchanges and is one of the world's largest beauty
companies with a portfolio of brands across fragrance, colour cosmetics, and
skin and body care.

There have been no other relevant changes to the information set out in UKLR
6.4.8R (2) to UKLR 6.4.8R (6).
