BOARD APPOINTMENTS
Imperial Brands PLC announces a number of changes to its Board.
As previously announced, Michael Herlihy retired as a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director at the conclusion of the Company's 2017 AGM. 
Michael will be succeeded as Senior Independent Director by Malcolm Wyman who will step down as chairman of the Audit Committee and be succeeded by Karen Witts.
