Non-Executive Director change

Imperial Brands PLC announces that Diane de Saint Victor will not offer
herself for re-election at the 2025 AGM on 29(th) January 2025 and will step
down at the conclusion of the meeting.

Thérèse Esperdy, Chair of Imperial, said "On behalf of the Board, I would
like to thank Diane for her contribution over the past three years and wish
her well for the future."

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligations under UKLR 6.4.6 of the
Listing Rules.
