Dividend Declaration

The Board of Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") has approved a third interim
dividend of 40.08 pence (FY24: 54.26 pence) per share (the "Interim Dividend")
and will propose a Final Dividend of 40.08 pence (FY24: 54.26 pence) per share
(the "Final Dividend"), which, together with first and second interim
dividends for FY25, represent an increase of 4.5% over the prior year and is
in line with the Group's progressive dividend policy. The Interim Dividend
will be paid on 31 December 2025 to shareholders registered on 28 November
2025; the Final Dividend, subject to shareholder approval, will be paid on 31
March 2026 to shareholders registered on 20 February 2026.

The Group has paid two dividends in respect of FY25, the first being 40.08
pence per share in June 2025 and the second being 40.08 pence per share in
September 2025.
